ततो यूपोच्छये प्राप्ते षड्‌ बैल्चान्‌ भरतर्षभ । खादिरान्‌ बिल्वसमितांस्तावत: सर्ववर्णिन:

Transliteration

tato yūpocchaye prāpte ṣaḍ bailcān bharatarṣabha | khādirān bilvasamitāṁs tāvataḥ sarvavarṇinaḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: Khi đến lúc dựng các cột tế (yūpa), hỡi bậc tráng kiện trong dòng Bharata, các tư tế đã chuẩn bị sáu cột bằng gỗ bilva và cũng sáu cột bằng gỗ khadira—đủ mọi loại và dáng vẻ theo đúng điều lệ—để nghi lễ được tiến hành trọn vẹn, phù hợp quy tắc và truyền thống.
