प्राग्ज्योतिषे वज्रदत्त-धनंजय-समागमः
Vajradatta Confronts Dhanaṃjaya at Prāgjyotiṣa
ते समाज्ञाय सम्प्राप्तं यज्ञियं तुरगोत्तमम् । विषयान्तं ततो वीरा दंशिता: पर्यवारयन्
te samājñāya samprāptaṃ yajñiyaṃ turagottamam | viṣayāntaṃ tato vīrā daṃśitāḥ paryavārayan ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Hay tin con ngựa tế lễ ưu tú đã đến ranh giới lãnh thổ của mình, các chiến binh—mặc giáp, trang bị đầy đủ—liền vây quanh nó bốn phía. Khi đã bao vây con ngựa, họ bắt tay vào việc đoạt lấy nó, qua đó thách thức nghi lễ và quyền uy mà nghi lễ ấy tuyên xưng.
