धृतराष्ट्रस्य पाण्डवेषु प्रीति-वृत्तान्तः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Affectionate Disposition toward the Pāṇḍavas
उपलभ्य ततः प्राणान् धृतराष्ट्रो महीपति: । बाहुभ्यां सम्परिष्वज्य मूथ्न्याजिप्रत पाण्डवम्
upalabhya tataḥ prāṇān dhṛtarāṣṭro mahīpatiḥ | bāhubhyāṃ sampariṣvajya mūrdhny ājighrat pāṇḍavam ||
Rồi vua Dhṛtarāṣṭra, như thể nhờ cái chạm ấy mà hơi thở sinh mệnh trở lại, liền dang cả hai tay ôm chặt người Pāṇḍava (Yudhiṣṭhira) vào ngực và hít lấy mùi trên đỉnh đầu chàng. Cử chỉ ấy dâng trào tình phụ tử và sự hòa giải, như lời dharma vẫn có thể hiển lộ qua lòng từ, sự tiết chế và việc hàn gắn mối thân tình sau tàn cuộc chiến.
