Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
रसातलतले देवा वसत्यग्निरिति प्रभो । संतापादिह सम्प्राप्त: पावकप्रभवादहम्
rasātalatale devā vasaty agnir iti prabho | santāpād iha samprāptaḥ pāvakaprabhavād aham ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Muôn tâu chúa tể, người ta nói rằng nơi đáy Rasātala là chỗ ở của chư thiên và Agni cũng ngự tại đó. Thế nhưng tôi đến đây trong cơn thiêu đốt khổ sở—nỗi thống khổ này phát sinh chính từ uy lực của Thần Lửa.”
