Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
एते हि प्रस्रवा: सर्वे प्रजानां पतयस्त्रय: । सर्व संतानमेतेषामिदमित्युपधारय
ete hi prasravāḥ sarve prajānāṁ patayas trayaḥ | sarvaṁ santānam eteṣām idam ity upadhāraya ||
Vasiṣṭha nói: “Quả thật, tất cả những vị ấy đều là nguồn mạch của sự sinh thành—ba bậc Chúa tể muôn loài (Prajāpati). Hãy ghi nhớ cho tường tận: hết thảy những kẻ còn lại đều là hậu duệ của họ; toàn thể thế gian này đều do họ mà truyền xuống.”
