ते वै सुकृतिन: प्रोक्ता: सर्वदानप्रदाश्न ते । गवां लोकं तथा पुण्यमाप्रुवन्ति च तेडनघ
te vai sukṛtinaḥ proktāḥ sarvadānapradāś ca te | gavāṁ lokaṁ tathā puṇyam āpnuvanti ca te ’nagha ||
Vyāsa nói: “Những ai bố thí bò được tuyên xưng là thật sự có công đức. Những người bố thí như vậy được xem như kẻ ban phát mọi thứ bố thí, bởi việc hiến tặng bò được ca ngợi hơn các bố thí khác. Hỡi người vô tội, họ đạt đến cõi thanh tịnh của loài bò—Goloka, nơi phần thưởng tinh thần vô cùng trong sạch.”
