भीष्म उवाच वृद्धानां ब्रुवतां तात श्रुतं मे यत्‌ पुरातनम्‌ । वक्ष्यामि तदशेषेण रोहिण्यो निर्मिता यथा

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca vṛddhānāṃ bruvatāṃ tāta śrutaṃ me yat purātanam | vakṣyāmi tadaśeṣeṇa rohiṇyo nirmitā yathā ||

Translation

Bhīṣma nói: “Con yêu, ta đã nghe từ lời các bậc trưởng lão một chuyện xưa. Ta sẽ kể cho con trọn vẹn—Rohiṇī (con bò vàng nâu, Kapilā) đã được tạo ra như thế nào.”
