Translation

Bhishma nói: Người muốn bố thí bò phải giữ giới nguyện nghiêm cẩn; kính mời một vị Bà-la-môn (người “hai lần sinh”) đến, tiếp đãi cung kính và báo trước thời điểm: “ngày mai”. Để làm lễ hiến bò, hãy chuẩn bị một con bò cái màu đỏ nhạt (Rohiṇī), gọi bò bằng lời đã định, rồi bước vào giữa đàn bò và tụng đọc thần chú Veda được chỉ dạy.
