Phala of Vrata, Niyama, Svādhyāya, Dama, Satya, Brahmacarya, and Service (व्रत-नियम-स्वाध्याय-दम-सत्य-ब्रह्मचर्य-शुश्रूषा-फलप्रश्नः)

नद्यो वीथ्य: सभा वाप्यो दीर्घिकाश्वैव सर्वश: । घोषवन्ति च यानानि युक्तान्यथ सहस्रश:

nadyo vīthyaḥ sabhā vāpyō dīrghikāś caiva sarvaśaḥ | ghoṣavanti ca yānāni yuktāny atha sahasraśaḥ ||

Bhīṣma nói: “Trong những cõi giới rực rỡ ấy, ta thấy khắp bốn phương: sông ngòi, đại lộ rộng dài, các hội đường, giếng và hồ chứa, cùng những ao dài. Ta cũng thấy hàng ngàn hàng vạn xe cộ—đã thắng buộc sẵn, sẵn sàng xuất phát—vang lên những âm thanh cát tường. Cảnh tượng ấy như lời tuyên cáo về một vương quốc trật tự và thịnh vượng, nơi công đức kết thành quả báo hữu hình, và đời sống chính pháp đưa đến hòa hợp, sung túc, cùng vẻ huy hoàng trang nghiêm.”
