शमे निविष्टं विद्वांसमध्यापकमनावृतम्‌ । “तुम ब्राह्मणोंके उस ग्राममें चले जाओ और जाकर अगस्त्यगोत्री शर्मी नामक शमपरायण विद्वान्‌ अध्यापक ब्राह्मणको, जो आवरणरहित है, यहाँ ले आओ

śame niviṣṭaṃ vidvāṃsam adhyāpakam anāvṛtam |

Bhishma nói: “Hãy đến ngôi làng của các Bà-la-môn ấy. Ở đó, hãy đưa về đây vị Bà-la-môn thầy dạy uyên bác tên Śarmī, thuộc dòng Agastya—người an trú trong tự chế (śama) và sống không che giấu.”
