गोप्रदान-माहात्म्ये गोलोक-प्रश्नः
Gopradāna-Māhātmya: Inquiry into Goloka
यद् वै ददाति वित्रेभ्यो ब्राह्मण: प्रतिगृह वै । उभयो: स्यात् तदक्षय्यं दातुरादातुरेव च
yad vai dadāti vitrebhyo brāhmaṇaḥ pratigṛhya vai | ubhayoḥ syāt tad akṣayyaṁ dātur ādātur eva ca ||
Bhishma nói: Khi một bà-la-môn nhận vật thí rồi đem chính tài vật ấy bố thí tiếp cho các bà-la-môn khác, thì công đức của hành vi ấy trở nên vô tận cho cả hai phía—người cho ban đầu và người nhận rồi phân phát. Lời dạy nêu rõ: của thí dành cho việc thiêng liêng sẽ kết quả lâu bền khi được thọ nhận không tham và được chuyển trao trong tinh thần dharma.
