Gopradāna–Bhūmidāna Guidelines and Recipient Eligibility
प्रयतो ब्राह्मणाग्रे यः श्रद्धया परया युत: । उपस्पर्शनषड्भागं लभते पुरुष: सदा
bhīṣma uvāca | prayato brāhmaṇāgre yaḥ śraddhayā parayā yutaḥ | upasparśana-ṣaḍbhāgaṃ labhate puruṣaḥ sadā ||
Bhīṣma nói: Người tự chế, tâm chuyên nhất, lại mang lòng tin tối thượng mà khiêm cung trước một brāhmaṇa, thì luôn đạt được công đức bằng một phần sáu công đức của việc bố thí—chỉ nhờ hành vi kính cẩn ấy.
