The Pre-eminence of Land-Gift
तडागानां च वक्ष्यामि कृतानां चापि ये गुणा: । त्रिषु लोकेषु सर्वत्र पूजनीयस्तडागवान्
taḍāgānāṁ ca vakṣyāmi kṛtānāṁ cāpi ye guṇāḥ | triṣu lokeṣu sarvatra pūjanīyas taḍāgavān |
Bhīṣma nói: “Ta cũng sẽ nói về công đức của những ao hồ, hồ chứa đã được dựng nên. Người xây dựng và gìn giữ một ao như vậy sẽ đáng được tôn kính khắp nơi trong ba cõi.”
