अध्याय ५६ — च्यवन–कुशिकसंवादः
Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
क्लृप्तमेव तु तत्रासीत् स्नानीयं पार्थिवोचितम् । असत्कृत्य च तत् सर्व तत्रैवान्न्तरधीयत
klṛptam eva tu tatrāsīt snānīyaṁ pārthivocitam | asatkṛtya ca tat sarvaṁ tatraivāntaradhīyata ||
Bhīṣma nói: Ở đó, mọi vật dụng tắm rửa xứng bậc vương giả đã được chuẩn bị sẵn. Thế nhưng vị hiền triết phớt lờ tất cả—không dùng đến dù chỉ một chút—và ngay trước mắt nhà vua, ông biến mất tại chỗ. Dẫu vậy, đôi vợ chồng ấy vẫn không khởi tâm trách cứ hay soi lỗi đối với bậc khổ hạnh.
