Chapter 34

नित्यं शमपरा ये च तथा ये चानसूयका: । नित्यस्वाध्यायिनो ये च दुर्गाण्यतितरन्ति ते

nityaṁ śamaparā ye ca tathā ye cānāsūyakāḥ | nityasvādhyāyino ye ca durgāṇy atitaranti te ||

Nārada nói: Những ai luôn chuyên tâm vào sự an tĩnh nội tâm, không soi mói lỗi người và không ganh ghét, và hằng ngày tự học lời dạy thiêng liêng—những người ấy vượt qua những chặng đường khó khăn và thoát khỏi thời khắc hiểm nguy.
