Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
भीष्म उवाच इति परममतिर्गुणानशेषान् शिलरतसये त्रिपथानुयोगरूपान् । बहुविधमनुशास्य तथ्यरूपान् गगनततलं द्युतिमान् विवेश सिद्ध:
bhīṣma uvāca—iti paramamatir guṇān aśeṣān śīlaratasya tripathānuyogarūpān | bahuvidham anuśāsya tathyārūpān gaganatalaṃ dyutimān viveśa siddhaḥ ||
Bhīṣma nói: Như vậy, vị bậc thành tựu (siddha) rực rỡ, trí tuệ tối thượng ấy, sau khi dùng nhiều cách để giáo huấn vị Bà-la-môn sống bằng hạnh śilavṛtti (nhặt nhạnh hạt thóc còn sót), và đã thuật đủ mọi đức tính chân thật, muôn vẻ của Tripathagā—sông Gaṅgā chảy theo ba nẻo—liền nhập vào khoảng không bao la của bầu trời.
