Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
क्षमावन्तश्न धीराश्च धर्मकार्येषु चोत्थिता: | मड़ुलाचारसम्पन्ना: पुरुषा: स्वर्गगामिन:,जो क्षमावान्, धीर, धर्मकार्यके लिये उद्यत रहनेवाले और मांगलिक आचारसे सम्पन्न हैं, वे पुरुष भी स्वर्गगामी होते हैं
kṣamāvantaś ca dhīrāś ca dharmakāryeṣu cotthitāḥ | maṅgalācārasampannāḥ puruṣāḥ svargagāminaḥ ||
Bhīṣma nói: Những người biết tha thứ, dũng khí bền vững, luôn sẵn sàng hành động vì dharma, và có nếp sống cát tường, kỷ luật—nhờ những đức hạnh ấy, họ đạt đến con đường lên cõi trời.
