Mahabharata — Anushasana Parva, Shloka 26

विमुज्चति न पुण्यात्मा शरण्य: शरणागतान्‌ । आयुरारोग्यमैश्वर्य वित्तं कामांश्व॒ पुष्कलान्‌

vimuñcati na puṇyātmā śaraṇyaḥ śaraṇāgatān | āyur ārogyam aiśvaryaṁ vittaṁ kāmāṁś ca puṣkalān ||

Thần Vāyu nói: “Bậc thiện đức, đáng làm nơi nương tựa, không bao giờ bỏ rơi kẻ đã đến cầu refuge. Với người ban chỗ nương ấy sẽ đến thọ mạng dài lâu, sức khỏe, quyền uy, tài sản, và sự viên mãn dồi dào của những ước nguyện chính đáng.”
