भवन्तु सत्कृतानीह पूर्वमेव प्रचोदित: । ततोऊहं ज्वलमानं वै पायसं प्रत्यवेदयम्‌

Transliteration

bhavantu satkṛtānīha pūrvam eva pracoditaḥ | tato ’haṃ jvalamānaṃ vai pāyasaṃ pratyavedayam ||

Translation

Vāyu nói: “Biết trước ý định của họ, ta đã dặn người trong nhà chuẩn bị, với lòng kính trọng, đủ mọi thứ ẩm thực và đồ giải khát—vừa thượng hạng vừa vừa phải. Vì mọi thứ đã sẵn theo lời ta căn dặn, ta liền dâng lên vị hiền giả món cháo sữa gạo (pāyasa) còn bốc hơi nóng.”
