कृष्ण: पृथ्वीमसृजत् खं दिवं च कृष्णस्य देहान्मेदिनी सम्बभूव । वराहो5यं भीमबल: पुराण: स पर्वतान् व्यसृजद् वै दिशश्चल॒
kṛṣṇaḥ pṛthvīm asṛjat khaṃ divaṃ ca kṛṣṇasya dehān medinī sambabhūva | varāho 'yaṃ bhīmabalaḥ purāṇaḥ sa parvatān vyasṛjad vai diśaś ca ||
Bhīṣma nói: Kṛṣṇa đã tạo dựng đất, trời và cõi thiên. Từ chính thân thể của Kṛṣṇa, mặt đất—nền tảng nâng đỡ muôn loài—hiển lộ. Ngài là Đấng nguyên sơ, sức mạnh đáng kinh hãi, từng hiện thân làm Varāha (Heo Rừng), và chính Ngài đã sinh ra núi non cùng thiết lập các phương hướng.
