मर्द नामाहुतिमयं व्यादितास्यं महामुनि: । तस्य दन्तसहस््रं तु बभूव शतयोजनम्
marda nāmāhutimayaṃ vyāditāsyaṃ mahāmuniḥ | tasya dantahasraṃ tu babhūva śatayojanam ||
Cyavana nói: “Vị đại hiền ấy, bằng lễ vật dâng vào lửa—chính từ lễ vật ấy—đã làm hiện ra một hữu thể tên Marda, đứng đó với miệng há rộng. Trong miệng nó có một ngàn chiếc răng, mỗi chiếc cao một trăm do-tuần.”
