तथा वज्ञेण भगवानमर्षाकुललोचन: । तमापततन्तं दृष्टवैव च्यवनस्तपसान्वित:

Transliteration

tathā vajreṇa bhagavānamarṣākulalocanaḥ | tam āpatatantaṃ dṛṣṭvaiva cyavanas tapasānvitāḥ ||

Translation

Rồi bấy giờ, Đấng Tôn Quý, đôi mắt đỏ rực vì phẫn nộ, đã giáng đòn bằng lưỡi tầm sét (vajra) của mình. Thấy Ngài lao sầm xuống phía mình, Cyavana—được củng cố bởi uy lực khổ hạnh—đứng vững, sẵn sàng nghênh đón cuộc công kích đang ập tới.
