अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)
अयं ब्रह्मादिभि: सिद्धैर्गुहायां गोपित: प्रभु: । देवासुरमनुष्याणामप्रकाशो भवेदिति
ayaṁ brahmādibhiḥ siddhair guhāyāṁ gopitaḥ prabhuḥ | devāsura-manuṣyāṇām aprakāśo bhaved iti ||
Vāyu nói: “Đấng Tối Thượng ấy đã được Phạm Thiên và các bậc hiền thánh đã thành tựu che giấu trong hang động của trái tim, như thể để Ngài không hiển lộ trước chư thiên, a-tu-la và loài người.”
