अण्डजातं तु ब्रह्माणं केचिदिच्छन्त्यपण्डिता: । अण्डाद् भिन्नाद् बभु: शैला दिशो5म्भ:पृथिवी दिवम्
aṇḍajātaṃ tu brahmāṇaṃ kecid icchanty apaṇḍitāḥ | aṇḍād bhinnād babhūḥ śailā diśo 'mbhaḥ pṛthivī divam ||
Arjuna nói: Có kẻ vô học cho rằng Brahmā sinh từ một quả trứng. Họ bảo khi trứng nứt ra thì núi non, các phương, nước, đất và trời đều phát sinh. Lời ấy được nêu lên để chỉ rõ đó là sự suy đoán của vô minh.
