अपरे च महाभाग्या मन्दभाग्यास्तथापरे । अकुलीनास्तथा चान्ये कुलीनाश्न तथापरे,इस जगत्में कुछ लोग महान् भाग्यशाली हैं तो कुछ लोग मन्दभाग्य हैं, कुछ लोग निन्दित कुलमें उत्पन्न हैं तो दूसरे लोग उच्चकुलमें
apare ca mahābhāgyā mandabhāgyās tathāpare | akulīnāś tathā cānye kulīnāś ca tathāpare ||
Mahādeva nói: “Trong đời này, có kẻ phúc phần lớn, lại có kẻ phúc mỏng. Có người sinh vào dòng tộc bị xem là thấp kém hay ô danh, lại có người sinh vào gia tộc cao quý.”
