Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ

श्वापि महेश्वरवचनाद् भवामि स हि नः पर: काम: । त्रिदशगणराज्यमपि खलु नेच्छाम्यमहेश्वराज्ञप्तम्
śvāpi maheśvara-vacanād bhavāmi sa hi naḥ paraḥ kāmaḥ | tridaśa-gaṇa-rājyam api khalu necchāmy amaheśvarājñaptam ||
Vāsudeva nói: “Chỉ một lời của Maheśvara, ta cũng sẽ thành chó; bởi đó chính là ước nguyện tối thượng của ta. Quả thật, ta không muốn nhận dù là quyền thống lĩnh chư thiên, nếu không do Maheśvara truyền lệnh.”
