स्वर्गे च पितृलोके च पितृदेवाभिपूजितम् । एवमेतन्मयोद्दिष्टमृषिदृष्टं पुरातनम्
svarge ca pitṛloke ca pitṛdevābhipūjitam | evam etan mayoddiṣṭam ṛṣidṛṣṭaṃ purātanam ||
Giáo huấn này được tôn kính nơi cõi trời và nơi thế giới của tổ tiên, được chư thiên và các Pitṛ (Tổ linh) đồng lòng kính ngưỡng. Như vậy ta đã trình bày—một giáo pháp cổ xưa, do các bậc hiền triết thuở trước thấy biết và xác chứng.
