तमुपस्थितमासीन ज्ञात्वा स मुनिसत्तम । अर्चित्वा भोजयामास मैत्रेयो5शनमुत्तमम्,पास आकर बैठे हुए मुनिवर व्यासजीको पहचानकर मैत्रेयजीने उनका पूजन किया और उन्हें उत्तम अन्न भोजन कराया
tam upasthitam āsīnaṁ jñātvā sa munisattama | arcitvā bhojayāmāsa maitreyo 'śanam uttamam ||
Nhận ra bậc tối thượng trong hàng hiền triết (Vyāsa) vừa đến và đã an tọa, Maitreya trước hết kính lễ tôn vinh đúng phép, rồi dâng mời ngài dùng một bữa ăn thượng hảo.
