ब॒हस्पतिर्वाच कृत्वा पापानि कर्माणि अधर्मवशमागत: । मनसा विपरीतेन निरयं प्रतिपद्यते,बृहस्पतिजीने कहा--राजन्! जो मनुष्य पापकर्म करके अधर्मके वशीभूत हो जाता है, उसका मन धर्मके विपरीत मार्गमें जाने लगता है; इसलिये वह नरकमें गिरता है
Bṛhaspatir uvāca: kṛtvā pāpāni karmāṇi adharmavaśam āgataḥ | manasā viparītena nirayaṁ pratipadyate ||
Bṛhaspati nói: “Khi một người làm các nghiệp tội lỗi và rơi vào quyền lực của adharma, tâm trí sẽ quay về con đường trái nghịch (phi-dharma); vì thế người ấy sa vào địa ngục.”
