नोदकक्लिन्नगात्रस्तु स्नात इत्यभिधीयते । स स्नातो यो दमस्नात: स बाह्याभ्यन्तर: शुचि:
Translation
Bhīṣma nói: Chỉ làm ướt thân thể bằng nước thì chưa gọi là “tắm”. Tắm thật sự là người đã lặn vào dòng nước của sự chế ngự tâm và các căn (dama). Người ấy được xem là thanh tịnh cả ngoài lẫn trong.
