सदा द्वादशमासान्‌ वै जुह्मानो जातवेदसम्‌ | ब्रह्मकन्यानिवासे च सर्वभूतमनोहरे

Transliteration

sadā dvādaśa-māsān vai juhmāno jātavedasam | brahma-kanyā-nivāse ca sarva-bhūta-mano-hare ||

Translation

Bhīṣma nói: Ai luôn dâng lễ hiến (homa) lên Jātavedas (Agni) suốt trọn mười hai tháng, và cư ngụ nơi chốn của các thiếu nữ Brahmā—một cảnh giới mê hoặc tâm trí mọi loài—thì đạt công đức của kỷ luật tế tự bền bỉ và sự thanh tịnh trong hạnh kiểm.
