udaṅmukhaḥ snānaṃ satataṃ śaucaṃ kuryāt samāhitaḥ

Translation

Bhīṣma nói: Người ta nên thường xuyên tắm gội, quay mặt về phương bắc; và với tâm trí thu nhiếp, tỉnh thức, phải luôn giữ sự thanh tịnh—cả trong hạnh kiểm lẫn trong vệ sinh thân thể.
