नहुषोपाख्यानम्—दीपदान-धूप-बलीकर्म-प्रशंसा
Nahūṣa Episode and the Commendation of Lamp-Gifting and Household Offerings
नहुषो<पि त्वया राजंस्तस्माच्छापात् समुद्धृतः । जगाम ब्रह्मभवनं पश्यतस्ते जनाधिप,राजन! तुमने भी नहुषका उस शापसे उद्धार कर दिया। नरेश्वर! वे तुम्हारे देखते-देखते ब्रह्मतोकको चले गये
nahuṣo 'pi tvayā rājan tasmāc chāpāt samuddhṛtaḥ | jagāma brahmabhavanaṁ paśyatas te janādhipa ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Tâu Đại vương, chính ngài cũng đã cứu Nahuṣa khỏi lời nguyền ấy. Và ngay trước mắt ngài, hỡi chúa tể loài người, ông ta đã lên đường đến cõi thiên cung của Brahmā.”
