तत्र यत्प्राप्तकालं नस्तद् ब्रूहि वदतां वर | भवांश्वापि यथा ब्रूयात् तत्कर्तास्मिन संशय:
tatra yatprāptakālaṃ nas tad brūhi vadatāṃ vara | bhavāṃś cāpi yathā brūyāt tatkartāsmin saṃśayaḥ ||
Vì vậy, xin hãy nói cho chúng ta biết điều gì là đúng lúc và thích đáng cần làm ngay bây giờ, hỡi bậc ưu tú trong những người biện thuyết. Điều gì chính ngài sẽ khuyên trong hoàn cảnh như thế—hãy làm đúng như vậy; về điểm này không còn nghi ngờ gì nữa.
