न हायुक्त न चासत्यं नासहां न च वाप्रियम् । भाषितं चारुभाषस्य जज्ञे पार्थस्य धीमत:
na hāyuktaṃ na cāsatyaṃ nāsahāṃ na ca vāpriyam | bhāṣitaṃ cārubhāṣasya jajñe pārthasya dhīmataḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Từ miệng vị Pārtha trí tuệ—Yudhiṣṭhira, con của Kuntī, người luôn dịu dàng trong lời nói—chưa từng thốt ra điều gì bất xứng, dối trá, cay nghiệt hay khó nghe. Lời ngài luôn hợp với lễ nghi, chân thật và sự tiết chế, phản chiếu lý tưởng đạo đức của việc giữ gìn khẩu nghiệp.
