वृथारोषप्रतिज्ञो वै नाहं भवितुमुत्सहे । अनिस्तीर्णो हि मां रोषो देहेदग्निरिवारणिम्
Ūrva uvāca | vṛthā-roṣa-pratijño vai nāhaṃ bhavitum utsahe | anistīrṇo hi māṃ roṣo dehed agnir ivāraṇim ||
Ūrva nói: “Ta không thể tự biến mình thành kẻ mà cơn thịnh nộ và lời thệ nguyện lại hóa ra vô ích. Nếu cơn giận của ta không được thực hiện đến cùng theo mục đích của nó, thì ngọn cuồng nộ chưa được trút ấy sẽ thiêu đốt chính ta—như lửa nuốt cháy gỗ araṇi.”
