Adhyaya 73 — त्रिपुरदाहे ब्रह्मस्तवः

Brahmā’s Hymn in the Context of Tripura’s Burning

प्राणायामैः समायुक्तैः पञ्चभिः सुरपुङ्गवाः चतुर्भिः प्रणवैश्चैव प्राणायामपरायणैः

prāṇāyāmaiḥ samāyuktaiḥ pañcabhiḥ surapuṅgavāḥ caturbhiḥ praṇavaiścaiva prāṇāyāmaparāyaṇaiḥ

Hỡi bậc tối thượng giữa chư thiên, hãy chuyên cần thực hành năm lần prāṇāyāma điều nhiếp đúng pháp, và cũng tụng bốn lần Praṇava (Oṁ), một lòng nương tựa prāṇāyāma. Nhờ sự chế ngự yogic ấy, paśu (linh hồn bị trói) được tinh luyện, pāśa (xiềng buộc) suy yếu, và tư lương để đón ân sủng của Pati (Śiva) được vun bồi.
