प्रलयार्णवसंस्थाय प्रलयोद्भूतिहेतवे / नमः शिवाय शान्ताय ब्रह्मणे लिङ्गमूर्तये
pralayārṇavasaṃsthāya pralayodbhūtihetave / namaḥ śivāya śāntāya brahmaṇe liṅgamūrtaye
