FAQs

This verse treats tooth-cleaning as a dharmic daily purification act to be done diligently, supporting bodily cleanliness as part of religious conduct.

It reflects the Achara-focused sections where Vishnu outlines practical disciplines—purity, self-care, and routine observances—that underpin ritual fitness and ethical living.

Maintain disciplined daily hygiene; if following traditional practice, use safe, appropriate herbal twigs or equivalents with mindfulness of cleanliness and health.
