अतसीमाषगोधूमचूर्णं कृत्वा तु पिप्पली / घृतेन लेपयेद्गत्रमोभिः सार्धं विचक्षणः / कन्दर्पसदृशो मर्त्यो नित्यं भवति शङ्कर !
atasīmāṣagodhūmacūrṇaṃ kṛtvā tu pippalī / ghṛtena lepayedgatramobhiḥ sārdhaṃ vicakṣaṇaḥ / kandarpasadṛśo martyo nityaṃ bhavati śaṅkara !
Hỡi Śaṅkara, người sáng suốt nên làm bột từ hạt lanh (atasī), đậu đen (māṣa) và bột lúa mì (godhūma), trộn với tiêu dài (pippalī), rồi hòa với bơ sữa (ghṛta) và lông thân mà xoa lên toàn thân; khi ấy, kẻ phàm nhân thường xuyên trở nên tuấn mỹ như Kandarpa (Thần Ái Dục).
