स्रोतोमुखेषु रुद्धेषु धातुषु स्वल्पकेषु च / विदाहो मनसः स्थाने भवन्त्यन्ये ह्युपद्रवाः

srotomukheṣu ruddheṣu dhātuṣu svalpakeṣu ca / vidāho manasaḥ sthāne bhavantyanye hyupadravāḥ

Khi các cửa ngõ của những dòng dẫn trong thân (srotas) bị bít tắc và các dhātu (thể chất sinh lực) trở nên suy kiệt, thì nơi tâm–tim bừng lên cảm giác nóng rát, và nhiều khổ não khác cũng đồng thời hiện khởi.
