Nārāyaṇa-kavaca — The Armor of Lord Nārāyaṇa

आत्मानं परमं ध्यायेद् ध्येयं षट्‍‌शक्तिभिर्युतम् । विद्यातेजस्तपोमूर्तिमिमं मन्त्रमुदाहरेत् ॥ ११ ॥

Transliteration

ātmānaṁ paramaṁ dhyāyed dhyeyaṁ ṣaṭ-śaktibhir yutam vidyā-tejas-tapo-mūrtim imaṁ mantram udāharet

Translation

Sau khi trì tụng xong, hành giả nên quán mình đồng nhất về phẩm tính với Đấng Tối Thượng, Paramapuruṣa, viên mãn sáu uy đức và đáng để thiền niệm. Nhận biết Ngài là hiện thân của minh triết, quang lực và khổ hạnh, rồi hãy tụng lời cầu hộ trì này dâng lên Chúa Nārāyaṇa, tức “Nārāyaṇa-kavaca”.
