Mārkaṇḍeya Ṛṣi Meets Lord Śiva: Devotee as Living Tīrtha and the Lord’s Māyā
श्रीभगवानुवाच वरं वृणीष्व न: कामं वरदेशा वयं त्रय: । अमोघं दर्शनं येषां मर्त्यो यद् विन्दतेऽमृतम् ॥ १९ ॥
śrī-bhagavān uvāca varaṁ vṛṇīṣva naḥ kāmaṁ vara-deśā vayaṁ trayaḥ amoghaṁ darśanaṁ yeṣāṁ martyo yad vindate ’mṛtam
Bhagavān Śiva phán: Hãy xin một ân huệ. Trong các bậc ban ân, chúng Ta—Brahmā, Viṣṇu và Ta—là tối thượng. Sự chiêm bái chúng Ta không bao giờ uổng phí, vì chỉ cần được thấy, kẻ phàm nhân liền đạt đến bất tử.
