Kṛṣṇa Visits Indraprastha; Kuntī’s Remembrance; Kālindī and Further Marriages
Because they heard the maiden was being taken away and, driven by wounded pride and rivalry, they tried to block the path and challenge the Yadus.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī is narrating the events to King Parīkṣit.
It warns that injured ego and intolerance can push people into needless conflict; cultivating humility and self-control prevents destructive reactions.
