वयमु त्वा तदितर्था इन्द्र त्वायन्तः सखायः । कण्वा उक्थेभिर्जरन्ते

IAST Transliteration

vayám u tvā tád íd arthā́ índra tvāyántaḥ sákhāyaḥ | káṇvā́ ukthébhiḥ jarante ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

We, even we, seeking that very end, O Indra—thy friends resorting unto thee—the Kaṇvas celebrate thee with solemn hymns.

Translation

Chính chúng con, tìm đến mục đích ấy, hỡi Indra—những người bạn hướng về Ngài. Các Kaṇva tôn vinh Ngài bằng những thánh tụng trang nghiêm (uktha).
