Sukta 9
घृतं प्रोक्षन्ती सुभगा देवी देवान् गमिष्यति । पक्तारमघ्न्ये मा हिंसीर्दिवं प्रेहि शतौदने
ghṛtáṃ prókṣantī subhágā devī́ devā́n gamiṣyati | paktā́ram aghnye mā́ hiṃsīr dívaṃ préhi śatā́udane
Sprinkling with ghee, the gracious Goddess goeth unto the Gods. O Cow inviolable, harm not the cooker: go thou to Heaven with the Hundred-Odana.
Rảy ghee (bơ tinh) để tẩy tịnh, Nữ Thần cát tường đi đến với các Thần. Hỡi bò cái bất khả xâm phạm, chớ làm hại người nấu; hãy đi lên Trời cùng “Trăm Odana (Śatāudana)”.
