प्रकृतिष्वरूढः सुखमुच्छेत्तुं भवतीति ॥ कZ_०८.२.१८ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛtiṣv arūḍhaḥ sukham ucchettuṃ bhavatīti
Translation
Ai chưa bén rễ vững chắc trong các prakṛti (những yếu tố cấu thành của nhà nước) thì dễ bị lật đổ.
