Transliteration

janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

Thành lũy, kho tàng, sức mạnh cưỡng chế (hình phạt/quân đội), công trình thủy lợi (đập/kênh), hoạt động kinh tế và mọi công cuộc đều bắt rễ từ nông thôn (janapada).
