जानपदास्त्वमित्रसाधारणाः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२७ ॥
Transliteration
jānapadās tv amitra-sādhāraṇāḥ iti.
Translation
Nhưng cư dân nông thôn thì dễ bị kẻ thù chia sẻ (lôi kéo) hoặc tác động.
