तेषामभावो जनपदाभावे स्वाम्यमात्ययोश्चानन्तरः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२१ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām abhāvo janapadābhāve svāmy-amātyayoś cānantaraḥ iti.

Translation

Khi thôn dã suy sụp thì những thứ ấy (nguồn lực và năng lực) cũng suy sụp; và sau đó nhà vua và các đại thần (cũng) lâm nguy.
